Medicare denials: CPT Code 95920
Palmetto denied intraoperative monitoring CPT code 95920 using denial code CO-170. Palmetto recently rescinded their denial edit. Members who provided 95920 services may want to resubmit or appeal tose CO-170 denials that occurred from early July through early August.
